For the past 20 years I've been using Scanning Electron Microscope's everywhere from Fortune 500 companies in Silicon Valley, to Big 10 universities. Instructinate is where I get to share my knowledge and experience of using and purchasing  SEM's with others.

SEM/Lab Training

I've trained hundreds (and hundreds) of students on how to use Hitachi, Thermo-Fisher and Zeiss SEMs, and know the tricks of the trade on to get the most out of your SEM. I'm also well versed in Oxford EDS and EBSD systems as well as Hitachi Ion Mills, and most types of sample prep for materials samples. If your lab staff needs a quick refresher course, or an extended period of training, I can help. Travel within the US is no problem.

I am a creative thinker and enjoy making informative and/or entertaining video content for marketing or educational purposes. My talent is in breaking down scientific information so that it is easily understood by a wider audience and injecting humor and interest into otherwise dry subject matter.
