Bruker to Acquire Chemspeed

Bruker Corporation has announced an agreement to acquire the Swiss based company Chemspeed Technologies AG.
Chemspeed specializes in robotics and other automation products for the pharma, chemical and materials research industries.
This acquisition, expected to be completed in the first half of 2024, will accelerate Bruker's plans to operate in the lab software/automation space.
