Ametek Gatan has announced the ClearView next-gen scintillator CMOS camera for the Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM). Gatan says the ClearView is the fastest scintillator based camera currently available, and boasts up to 4k x 4k images and video at 50 fps, or 1,600 fps at 256 x 256 pixel resolution.
