AMetek Gatan has announced the new Monarc Pro T system which performs cathodoluminescence (CL) analysis of samples in the Transmission Electron Microscope.
Gatan says their new proprietary mirror configuration enables a solid angle of up to 7.3 Sr, and has up to a 150um field of view.
