IXRF has released a new macro XRF instrument called the Veritas.
IXRF claims this instrument is ideal for large-scale elemental analysis, and other 2D chemical mapping applications.
The analytical spot size is adjustable from 100um to 2mm. Additional specifications were not provided in the initial press release.
