Freemont, California based JH Technologies has just announced that it will be distributing full sized Tungsten and Schottky sourced SEM's made by CIQTEK, which was formed in 2016 in Hebei, China.
While already having been sold in ~40 countries worldwide, this will be the first time CIQTEK instruments have been offered here in the USA.
