ModuleSci introduced the brand new PicoEye-100 Compact SEM. A tungsten filament SEM with a stated resolution of 3.0nm, a 5-axis motorized stage, SE and BSE imaging, and is EDS capable. This goes along with their PV-100 tabletop SEM and PE-300 Entry Level Schottky SEM.
