Oxford Releases New Ultim® Max Infinity Detector

The UK based Oxford Instruments Nano Analysis has recently released the Ultim® Max ∞ (Infinity) EDS detector. The system is available with 40mm, 65mm, 100mm and 170mm detector sizes and guaranteed resolution specs of "CKa of 46eV or better at all count rates up to 50,000 cps" and "MnKa of 127 eV or better at all count rates up to 200,000 cps".
