Ted Pella has released a new and updated version of their popular rotary disc cutter and drill, the Pelco easiCore®.
This drill uses abrasive slurry to core out 3mm disks of most any material for TEM observation. This is the preferred method to use when ultrasonic coring is not possible with the sample.
An optional automated slurry dispenser is available for longer drilling times.
