Redding, California based Ted Pella, Inc. has recently released a new calibration standard for SEM/EDS and AFM. This standard features Tin spheres on Carbon, Gold on Carbon, a CDMS-XY-1T critical dimension magnification standard, as well as a 400 mesh copper grid and a Mn/Ni alloy for EDS calibration.
