TESCAN GROUP is the new name of a merger between TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING (TOH), TESCAN BRNO (TB), and two other dormant companies. This took effect August 1, 2023. After Tescan's acquisition by Carlyle Group, this move is expected to simplify organizational and tax structures of the companies.
